  1.     A  DAY WITH MANOLAYA MENTAL HOME                  

           Date : 26/05/2019    Place : Manolaya Mentally    Home ,Rameshwaram

        We began our journey by moving towards to the mentally home. In this journey nearly 10 members were joined. We planned to spend a day with the members of the home and provided lunch for that day within the budget of Rs. 3500 from our club Amount .

We saw the breeze of happiness in their faces. And also this moment made us happy and pleasant in our mind. Finally , we moved that place with the blessings of the father of the home.

1.     SELECTION PROCESS

  Date : 18/07/2019-20/07/2019   Place : Our College

           In this Academic (2019-2020)nearly 350 volunteers were willing to join our Rotaract. So we held the selection for the dynamic freshers of 2019 – 2020 batch . It was like an Interview. The purpose of this interview  process is not in gaining marks , it is used to analyse their extra knowledge and restrict their fears in any interviews. On 1^st day ,our rotaract members were splited themselves into little groups for various works like arrangement works , getting permission from the respective staffs etc. our Rotaract posting members were placed as the interviewers. The sessions of morning was only for girls and afternoon for boys . By repeating these process for three days and the process to be came to the end . Among 350 volunteers ,only  60 members were selected of them .who were inspired us by the way of their expressions.

For selecting incoming  posting members , we planned to gave a like a task . For that task, we selected 13 members as a nominees  in our junior Rotaractors. The nominees were selected based on their involvements. From 16/08/2019 all the selected nominees were started their events in alerted dates. They done their events with different topics in various places.

 1.     AWARNESS  ON  WOMENS  SAFETY

Date: 16/08/2019    Place : our college .

      An awareness about” Women’s safety” was given by  one of the nominee of our Rotaract member Mr. MOHAMED NAJMUDEEN . He delivered his speech infront of the Rotaract girls who were placed as audiences of that event. He spoke about lots of things like the situation of women’s in our society, what was the reason for that situations, in which way we can solve it etc. The feedbacks of that session was considered as the happiest Moment.

He got lots of positive comments .He completed his speech with the words of Women’s Safety is the responsibility of each and every Indian Citizen especially men who had to change their mind set for women.

1.      AWARENESS  ON  MOBILE  PHONES

Date : 17/08/2019              Place : Our  college

         Our nominee Mr.SIKKANTHAR  DHULKARUNAI was gave a awareness about the valid topic of MOBILE ADDICTION on August 17 , he started his event in our college. For this society an awareness on mobile phones is important especially to the youngsters.

He told the advantages and disadvantages of mobile phones . Then he said” Time is too precious “ so don’t spent your more time with your mobile phones , just you have to pass your every minute as useful. And the solutions were given by him.

“ADDICTED  TO  YOURSELF  NOT  WITH  YOUR

                    MOBILE  PHONES”

5.     AWARENESS  ON  PARENTAL  CARE

        Date : 19/08/2019      Place : Raja Dhinagar Rc High School, Ramanathapuram.

             On august 18 , our nominee Miss. SANKAVE Started her event  At Raja Dhinagar Rc High School,Ramanathapuram she completed that event with her team members.They attracted the session audiences by their topics end speeches.

The session was emotionally touched all. More and more feedbacks are came to this team and a staff member of that school requested to this team like this event you guys can create a another event about “ Hydro carbon scheme ?”From this request of the staff, which is shows how was their event and their team co-ordination.

                          FORGIVING”

6.   AWARENESS  ON  CHILD  ABUSE

       Date : 21/08/2019          Place : Government Higher  Secondary School , Devipattinam .

            One of the biggest social stigmas attached to a society is that of CHILD ABUSE .According to , the session was conducted by our nominee Mr. SATHISH. 

He successfully completed this event with the support of his team members.  Some videos are projected to the students about child abuse. Finally the feedback are from students and teachers of that school.

7.     CHILDRENS – DO’S AND DONT’S

          Date : 21/08/2019        Place: Kannan primary school, Achunthanvayal.

             On 21^st August , our nominee Miss. SWATHI completed her event under the topic of DO’S AND DONT’S OF CHILDRENS. 

She was act like a child so the childrens are too enjoyed and carefully listened her speech.  She gave a amazing performance with her team. We are very much attracted by the way of her conduction of that event .

8. AWARENESS  AT  SCHOOL- PLASTIC  CIRCLE

           Place: St.Joseph Matric and Higher Secondary School, Rameshwaram.

                 The effective production and consumption of plastic has serious consequences on the environmental of human health. so our Rotaract member Miss.NARMATHA planned herself to make a plastic exhibition at ST.Joseph Matric. Hr.sec.in Rms. With the little help of some other rotaract member, she done that plastic  exhibition

 

They told about usage,advantages and dis advantages of plastics and also gave the solution for ban plastics. The positive feedbacks are from students. They realized the danger of plastics and the word of WE TRY TO AVOID PLASTICS gave a satisfaction for us.

                  “GO  GREEN  PLASTIC  IS  OBSENCE!”

 9.  PLANTING TREES

       Date: 29/09/2019                                         Place: Ariyakudi 

              In recent days, our nature is going towards to destruct. In the manner of save our nature , we decided to plant trees.

planting , we guys chose a village namely Ariyakudi near by Sathirakudi. With the financial support of our RAMNAD ROYALS TEAM we arranged 80 plants and then it was planted by us.

CELEBRATION  OF  DAAN  UTSAV(JOY OF GIVING)  WEEK

  Date:  05/10/2019                                            Places: Anbu Illam 

 Boys Orphanages; Thaayagam – Girls orphanages;Chest Angels – mentally disable home; Vallalar – Girls orphanage ;Manolaya- mentally disable training school, Ramanathapuram.

                We would planned to celebrate the JOY OF GIVING week by fulfilling the needy of some orphanages. Our team planned to collect the things like stationary, wearable dresses, food items, rices, vegetables, groceries and napkins for girls orphanages. Collected these things by remembering them for two days and collected from the volunteers whatever they able. 

Unexpectedly things  are gathered much more satisfied that leads a opportunity for us to gave one more orphanages. We spend a time by sharing a little sweets and whole hearted lovely with the God’s childrens.That made a everlasting and precious day for our Rotaractors.

. LAUGHTER THEROPY – GAVE BY HAHO SIRIPANANDHA

            Date: 22/01/2020                                 Place: our college

                     Voluntary laughing provides lots of benefits to us.  The event was started with our hounarable principal Dr. S.V.S. AMANULLAH HAMEED shared his views and thoughts about being a human with humanity. Mr. SELVAM ( co ordinator of Rotaract club – SAASC)gave an introductory speech about Laughter therapist Mr.HAHO SIRIPANANDHA who made us laugh throughout the event. 

The session was moved with clapping, body movement, eye contact, chanting, jumping, stretching and so on. He asked the participants to repeating the words of I LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES AND I LEARN IT FROM OTHERS EXPERIENCES. Some of these participants gave lots of feedback on his event of laughter therapy. And congratulated by us for his upcoming programs and occations.

MOVITATIONAL SESSION ABOUT BOOKS

         Date:06/02/2020            Place:Conference hall @Our college

             At first we welcomed our honourable vice principal sir and the public speaker who were presented their. Our college vice principle delivered his speech about books. After that the session was moved with the fine speech of motivational speaker Mr.BALAJI KRISHNA MOORTHY.

  And done a small work experimentally with reality.one of members also participated in the stage and spoke about the values of books . finally the vote of thanks was given by our incoming president Mr.Rahul Raj.

BOOK  FAIR  AT  SAASC  OFFERED BY ARUNA BOOK STORE , RAMNAD

          Date:07/02/2020 – 08/02/2020        Place: Our college

                       We are extremely happy about the first book fair held in our college by Rotaractors. The book fair was innagurated by our vice principal Dr. KASINATHAN DURAI.,HOD of Micro Biology. Among the Rotaractors are incharging for supervising the book fair and some were for from each and every classes sending them properly. A special discount of 10% were also offered for students.

On the day of 1^st students expecting more books and ordered as bulk books and got this expected books on second day. Our college correspondent sir Mr. A.Chelladurai Abdullah was visited then he encourages our team and decided to make like a book exhibition in  Syed Ammal  Higher  Secondary school,Ramnad for visit all the people in Ramnad district. On 2^nd day our principal visited our book stall and appreciate our volunteerism. The faculties also joined  bought books what they needed. They also conveyed their hearty wishes to us , this were the 1^st book stall ever conducted in the college. Finally concluded, successfull with the well co-operation and co-ordination of us. It is one of the mile stone of our Rotaract  club. Simply we understood,

CELEBRATION  OF  ROTARACT  WEEK

        Date:09/03/2020 -                                    Place: Our college

We  celebrated Rotaract week from March 09 to. By our junior Rotaractors , programmes organised continuously. We decided to conduct 5 programmes for 5 days.

     On day 1, we organised a interactive session for the junior members of the rotaract club .In that session, we discussed about the upcoming events and to implement it.Many junior rotaractors came up with their new innovative ideas.Our Vice President of the Rotaract Club, Ms.N.Guru Keerthana explained about the importance of rotaract week. Thereby, the discussion came to an conclusion.

On the day of 2^nd morning, we conducted competitions for the 1^st shift students and the day of afternoon competitions for the 2^nd shift students in our college. The competitions are essay writing , speech competition , drawing competition and verse writing. 

On  day 3,morning we had conducted debate for our Rotaract juniors. Especially they performed well infront of seniors. After that interesting session, we had conducted debate for seniors at conference hall infront of Prof.Ranjith sir, From Department of tamil as a judge. Debate was done with proper and well manner. Every participants were done their best.

 On day 3, we went to Raja Dhinagar Rc high school, Ramnad to give an awareness on “ CORONA VIRUS “ to the school students.

On day 5, the president and vice president of our rotaract club announced the postings of upcoming year.

 

On the sixth day of the rotaract week ,we organized to distribute the credentials to the senior rotaractors and prize winners. The Chief Guest of the event was our honourable principal DR.S.V.S.AMANULLAH HAMEED & DR.SELVAM (Coordinator of the rotaract club).

vote of thanks was given by L.PRIYA HARINI followed by National Anthem. Henceforth,it was completed by god's grace.
